UX Designer:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a UX Designer for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

UX Designer - Job Description:
As a UX Designer, you will be working on a project-based initiative focused on business banking. You will be responsible for transforming complex problems into elegant experiences, collaborating closely with development teams, and advocating for the user throughout the project lifecycle.

UX Designer - Responsibilities:
• Transform complex problems into elegant experiences
• Ideation, concept development, and experience innovation
• Creation of sketches, wireframes, specifications, prototypes, scenarios, and storyboards
• Close collaboration with development teams to ensure that design intent is achieved
• Advocate for the user throughout the project lifecycle
• Stay abreast of current design methodologies, practices, and trends
• Participation in observational studies, usability testing, and other customer research
• Effective communication of conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design approaches/rationales

UX Designer - Mandatory Skills:
• Proficiency in Figma
• Organization, logic, and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate ideas to a diverse audience and constructively integrate feedback
• Creation of sketches, wireframes, specifications, prototypes, scenarios, and storyboards
• Ability to conceptualize, design, and plan future-state and near-term cross-channel experiences
• Strong user-centric problem-solving and prioritizing skills in a multi-task environment
• Meticulous attention to detail

UX Designer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• FI Experience
• Expertise using AI-driven tools to generate or transform assets
• Participation in observational studies, usability testing, and other customer research

UX Designer – Assignment Length:
The assignment length is 6 months with a possibility of extension or conversion.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 4 days in the office.
