Vision Digital Product Designer
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Vision Digital Product Designer for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Vision Digital Product Designer - Job Description:
The Vision Digital Product Designer will be responsible for advancing design practices through interaction design, visual design, and business strategy. The role involves shaping product strategy and business decisions, facilitating innovative solutions, and translating design impact into business value.

Vision Digital Product Designer - Responsibilities:
• Lead design initiatives of medium-to-high complexity across teams and business units
• Create rich prototypes and complex user flows for web, mobile, and editorial experiences
• Provide thought leadership on content creation, including iconography and data visualization
• Manage design documentation processes and governance
• Develop brand-forward digital experiences consistent with brand value propositions
• Ensure designs follow accessibility and inclusive design principles
• Conduct advanced design testing and validation based on business objectives
• Connect design decisions to business objectives and organizational strategy
• Present design strategy to executive stakeholders and incorporate feedback
• Advocate for human-centric design processes with Business and Product partners
• Establish and track metrics demonstrating design's contribution to business outcomes
• Collaborate with Business, Product, and Research peers to create functional partnerships
• Experiment with AI tools and methodologies in design practice
• Contribute to design patterns and standards that scale across products

Vision Digital Product Designer - Mandatory Skills:
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Claude Code, Claude Design, Figma, Jira, Confluence, and Mural
• Proven experience in vision work and using AI throughout the design cycle
• Strong communication skills for design and executive audiences
• Ability to connect design decisions to business objectives
• Experience in creating prototypes and user flows across multiple touchpoints
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles

Vision Digital Product Designer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in financial services design strategies
• Familiarity with emerging design technologies
• Ability to perform competitive design audits
• Experience in sourcing and recruiting high-performing talent
• Thought leadership in design practice

Vision Digital Product Designer – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

ASAP.

Vision Digital Product Designer - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 4 days in the office.
